Our Firth of Clyde Tour departs from and returns to our private landing site at Mosside Mains Farm situated just off the B780 (Dalry to West Kilbride Road) 1 mile to the West of Dalry.
To truly appreciate the beauty of the Firth of Clyde, it must be viewed by air.

Departing from our private landing site in Dalry you will route westwards passing by West Kilbride & Fairlie where you can take in the views of Hunterston Coal Terminal and the giant cranes which unload the ships from all over the world. On reaching Largs you will get a bird’s eye view of Great Cumbrae Island, the Isle of Arran & the Isle of Bute. Departing Largs we then head for Skelmorlie & Inverkip where you can see Inverkip Power Station which has the highest Chimney in Scotland just over 800ft high. From Inverkip passing by the marina we route north to Gourock & Greenock taking in view of the Clyde estuary & the Holy Loch, Loch Long & the Gare Loch before turning at Port Glasgow for Kilmacolm, Quarriers Village, Lochwinnoch & Kilbirnie before arriving back to our site at Dalry. Lasts approx 30 minutes. |
